What do you plan on doing with your tax rebate check (economic stimulus package)?

My husband and I decided to half ours so he could do what he wants with his half and I could do what I wanted with my half. I have no idea what he will do with his half but I sure do know what I'm doing with my half! I plan to do a few home improvements, pay a few things, and save the rest. I'm super excited to have this extra money...it's like Christmas in April!! It can't get any better then that right!

What do you do to help the environment?

This is definitely an area our house needs some improvement. Currently we don’t do much to help the environment. I know, I know! As far as recycling or cutting down on trash we don’t do it. I need to find our local recycling place because we don't have curb side pick up here. I do try and conserve energy whenever possible. I do not use lights unless it’s necessary. We try to conserve water whenever possible. We don’t have grass so we save there. I only run the dishwasher, when it’s completely full, so we save there. This is a great question! It’s definitely something to think about.

Are you a procrastinator?

To an extent I am. I try not to be because it only makes things more difficult for me in the long run. But sometimes I just don’t feel like doing things so I guess it just depends on the day and my mood.

How do you like to spend your free time?

Considering I have a toddler, the only “free” time I have is when he’s sleeping or on the weekends when daddy is around. In that free time I enjoy doing many things. Probably one of my most favorite things to do would be surfing the Internet. Some would say I’m addicted to the Internet but I like to consider it a hobby. I love blogging, chatting on ClubMomma, revamping my Myspace, and shopping on eBay. On the weekends I like to get out and about and do girly things. Like shopping and going to get a pedicure. Believe it or not I also like cleaning house. I try to keep my house tidy and neat. With spring right around the corner, spring-cleaning is defiantly in full effect.

A big thanks to Lisa for hosting Saturday Social! If you would like to participate in this meme click the badge above for details and rules. Today I’m tagging Vashonnte! I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Saturday Social!

My blogging friend Lisa who also happens to be the founder of ClubMomma has started her own meme called Saturday Social! Every Saturday she will have a new question for all of us to play along. To play along go here. Today's Saturday Social question is:

How long have you been blogging and what do you love best about it?

I first started blogging when I found out I was pregnant with Rayce in May of 2006. It was more of a journal that I used to keep friends and family up to date with all my pregnancy happenings. Then after my pregnancy was over I realized how much I missed journaling so, I decided to start this blog. I have blogging about Rayce and other happenings for about a year now. Blogging is so addicting. I love it because it has given me the chance to meet other blogging mommas that I probably wouldn't have met otherwise. It has also been an outlet at times; it’s just nice to have my own space to reflect.
